SNP Extractor
SNP Extractor is a web-based tool to extract specific SNP information from NCBI
SNP database.
Step by step:
Input your SNP list in the left text box in lines, make sure each SNP ID in different line, such as:
rs1800469
rs2066844
Check the data field you want to get, uncheck the data field you don't need.
If you don't do this, the program will get default data fields for you.
Press Search button. it will show you the result.
If you want to save the data to your computer, press the button on the
left top of the table, save the data.
